Once upon a time, this box held far more glasses than it does today.
They’re here to help anyone who’s forgotten theirs or needs a little assistance reading the menu, (we’ve all been there). We’re always happy to go the extra mile to make your experience comfortable.

On Tuesday, our kitchen team stepped out of the restaurant and into the source, with a field trip to Keenan’s Seafood for a behind the scenes look at where our fish begins its journey.

From the history of the business to live demonstrations by their master filleter, the team got a real appreciation for the skill, precision, and respect involved in handling top quality seafood.
Some of our chefs even stepped up to test their own filleting skills, which always adds a bit of healthy pressure. What stood out most was the zero waste approach, every part of the fish is utilised, from kitchen to pharmaceutical applications, reinforcing just how much value lies in proper sourcing and processing.

A big thank you to Dean, their development chef, who shared his own career journey and gave the younger members of our team a clear insight into progression within the industry.

Days like this are about more than just product knowledge, they’re about connecting our team to the story behind what we serve.

For us, it comes back to quality, consistency, and transparency. Knowing exactly where our ingredients come from isn’t just important internally, it’s something our customers deserve to see and understand as well.
