Renowned for our delicious, great value food, we will be open for dinner from 5.30pm to 9pm (Sundays noon to 8pm) every evening from Wednesday July 8th to Sunday July 19th. We are open for breakfast seven days a week from 9am to 11am and for lunch (Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 12.30pm to 3pm – Sundays from noon).

Our atmospheric traditional bar, Crawfords, will host daily afternoon sessions throughout the festival.

We’ve also got some great live music in the evenings.

The Rostrevor Inn's air-conditioned restaurant is open this morning until 11am for breakfast and re-opens this evening at 5.30pm.

Pop-up Gaeltacht takes place in Crawfords this afternoon 4pm to 6pm followed by live music with Dermot Russell & Mickey McKevitt from 6.30pm. All welcome to come along! (Crawfords Bar is also air-conditioned! 😰)

Our thanks to Rós Ó Dubháin, John McCavitt and Cultúrlann Caisleán Ruairí for organising a brilliant night at the Rostrevor Inn on Tuesday.

It was standing room only as Rós kicked off the evening by outlining their exciting cultural plans for Rostrevor, including preserving the Legacy of Tom Dunn.

After inspiring music from Siubhán Ó Dubháin and the Rostrevor Children’s Choir, the author and historian Fergus Whelan gave a fascinating talk on Thomas Paine and his influence on the French and American revolutions and the United Irishman.

The night was concluded with a superb performance on the violin from Eibhlis Farrell. Our thanks also to Seamus McCavitt for expertly chairing and to Denis Brady for these photos of the night.

Fiddlers Green International Festival returns for its 38th year, Tuesday 14th – Sunday 19th July. Six days of world-class folk music, incredible craic, and Rostrevor at its very best. ☘️

This evening at the Rostrevor Inn, author and Historian Fergus Whelan will give a talk on English radical Thomas Paine, a pioneer of human rights who inspired the American Revolution and was also a major influence on the United Irishman.

One of the most influential political thinkers of the 18th century, Paine’s ideas helped shape the American Revolution and inspired many within the United Irishmen movement. The evening will also feature a selection of 1798 songs, celebrating the revolutionary spirit and shared history that linked Ireland and America during this pivotal period.
