With weather like this, alfresco dining is great!

Down at Newton Abbot Town Quay, we have tables that are shaded and we also have parasols for those that aren't.

Sit by the river and watch the wildlife, swans, cygnets, ducklings etc whilst enjoying a freshly cooked meal or snack. A cold drink or even an ice cream.

Well we did it!! 10 - 2.30 open today! Temperatures reached 36°c by 11am, but we kept on regardless.

The thermometer gave up after that - even it couldn't cope with the heat today!!

We will be back open again as usual tomorrow, let's see how long for! 🫠🤔xx

We will be opening today, but will be stopping hot food around 12.30, earlier if inside temp reaches 40°c. This is for staff safety and comfort. Thank you for understanding
