Week Three: Bread Week!

I was originally planning on diving back in to those lockdown 2020 vibes and making a sliced white loaf, but I couldn’t find my loaf tin 🤷🏻♀️ so pull apart cheesy garlic bread it is! 🧄🥖 It may not be the most stunning or instafabulous dish you’ll ever make but let me tell you It. Is. BANGING!

Throw together some basic dough balls (absolutely no judgement here if you choose to use a packet mix instead, you don’t have to be Paul Hollywood to get involved with baking!), then get them nice and cosy together in a tray/tin in the oven and as soon as they’re looking golden, take them out and smother those doughy bad boys in as much homemade garlic butter (with no parsley this time because I didn’t have any 😂) and as much of your cheese of choice as you want (I would recommend Boursin for an extra kick!). Stick it back under the heat until it’s pure ooey gooey, cheesy, indulgent deliciousness and enjoy - 100% here for it!
