Entry: Absolutely FREE for all vehicles and spectators.
No Registration: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Just turn up, let our marshals guide you to a spot, and enjoy the day.

IMITATED BUT NEVER BEATEN: The Green Man’s 1kg Baby-Back Pork Ribs* (GF)

If you think you’ve had a proper rack of ribs before, think again. We haven’t just put ribs on our menu—we’ve completely upped our game. We are proud to say our famous ribs are bigger, meatier, and better than anywhere else!

The Stats Behind the Legend:

⚖️ The Massive 1kg Weight: A full rack of our slow-cooked ribs weighs in at a staggering 1kg cooked weight. This is a serious feast for serious appetites.

🥩 Double the Meat: These aren’t just bones with a bit of glaze. Our premium pork ribs feature double the meat of a usual rack, ensuring thick, juicy, succulent bites from end to end.

📏 35 to 40 Centimetres of Pure Joy: Grab a tape measure! Our full racks stretch to an impressive 35-40 cm long. They literally drape off the plate!

🌾 100% Gluten-Free (GF): Yes, you read that right. This entire towering, slow-cooked masterpiece is completely gluten-free, fries and crunchy house coleslaw included!

We slow-cook our ribs in-house for hours until the premium pork is so tender it falls clean off the bone at the slightest touch. They are then generously smothered in our chef’s signature, sticky-sweet Bourbon BBQ Sauce and caramelised on the grill. Served with a heap of hot, crispy fries and fresh house coleslaw.

Please note: The image we’ve posted here shows our previous Spring Menu ribs. While they looked delicious, they are actually small in comparison to the absolute 1kg, 40cm giants we are serving up right now! You’ll have to order a rack for yourself to see the real difference!

Sundays are made for slowing down, gathering with family, and enjoying the finest comfort food British pub culture has to offer. At The Green Man in Norton Disney, we take Sunday lunch very seriously.

We don’t believe in cutting corners, and we certainly don’t believe in making you choose between your favourite sides. That is why our traditional roasts are piled high with an incredible, chef-crafted selection of trimmings.

Almost all of our roast centerpieces, including our gravy, can be served gluten-free. Just let our team know and we’ll prepare a safe, delicious plate just for you.
