This smooth, satisfying blend is ethically sourced from smallholder farmers in Cerrado Mineiro, Bahai, Brazil and Planadas, Columbia and hand roasted in Norfolk.
On the palate are notes of milk chocolate, caramel, strawberry and biscuit, which combine to present a full-flavoured and vibrant cup of coffee.

The Porcelain Coffee Cup with Benedicts iconic Trifle (the dish that won Great British Menu in 2015) and the wording: I’d rather be eating Trifle at Benedicts.

This years fresh Wild Garlic Salt! If you’ve had it before, then you know it’s simply addictive. If you have yet to try it, go for it you won’t regret it. We only have limited stock, as the season is short and of course we forage responsibly.
Have you heard it mentioned on last Saturdays BBC1 Saturday Kitchen Live? I used it as a seasoning for my Crab & Asparagus Tart.
