Hot weather is no joke - especially in hospitality. 🥵☀️
Massive respect to every chef, KP, server, barista, baker, and front-of-house worker pushing through the heat while keeping everyone fed and cared for. 💟

At Bread & Roses Community Café, staff safety comes first.
If kitchen temperatures become unsafe (and we think they will) we will close to protect our team. No service is worth risking people’s health.

Please be kind and patient with hospitality workers during heatwaves - they are working in some of the hottest conditions imaginable. 💟
