We have a floor! Should we be this excited to have a floor? Probably not... but floor!

Another milestone down, another step closer to having the cidery ready to go.

Now we just need to get grey paint off of everything...

We had our annual very sensible and serious planning meeting at the weekend which involved lots of note taking, lots of discussion around process improvement, lots of being excited about new equipment and, of course, a cheeky pint or two.

While our cidery is being built, we took Grandlad with us to see what a proper cider making set up looks like.

It doesn't hurt that they also make one of the best breakfasts we've ever had...

This time last week, we had just wrapped up our busiest ever Nottingham Craft Beer Festival Cider Bar.

The NCBF marks the end of Festival Season for us and the start of Summer when the last year's harvest is finally aged enough for sale.

In the next month, expect to see a lot of different cider from us ranging right through from sweets to dry, pear and apple Pyders, three collab ciders and the finalisation of our cidery which will really turn things up a notch when the apples start falling.

Until then, thank you to everyone who has supported us at Castle Beer Festival and Nottingham Craft Beer Festival this year and we will see you at the bar!

Great seeing Wraggy's Beer Reviews again at Nottingham Craft Beer Festival. We made 300 or so of these cider filled ice poles and brought none home.

Next year we'll be bringing a freezer full.

Day two of Nottingham Craft Beer Festival and we're ready to go!

After a whopper of a first day, we've already had to plunder the cellars of The Partizan Tavern and The King Billy, Nottingham and take over the freezers at Jake's at the Fox and Grapes.

How's that for community spirit?

The favourite for today is cider with a cider ice pole melted into it. Come and get them before they go!
