bariberico Meet Agnes, our Sous Chef!
Agnes joined our kitchen team at the start of the year and has been absolutely smashing it ever since!
Bringing loads of skill, experience, and creativity from her time as Sous Chef at Nōshi and Head Chef at Bar Esca, she’s become a huge part of our kitchen team.
❤️ She loves the atmosphere at Bar Iberico, the kitchen culture, and getting creative with new dish ideas.
When she’s not knocking out your favourite dishes, you’ll probably find her at the gym, at a metal gig, or hiking around the Peak District with her dog Toby 🐾.toasterx
She’s especially excited to see Spiritbox at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham later this summer!
