• A four course menu which is written by our award-winning chefs. A sample of which can be seen here. This gives you an indication of our dishes and style, but we are happy to discuss other options should you prefer.

The Table @ Top Floor Development

The first of its kind in Nottingham, Top Floor Development offers a unique dining experience, where your meal is cooked and plated before your eyes as you dine on the perimeter of a professional kitchen.

Our story

Top Floor Development is a concept created by owner and well-known local award-winning chef John Molnar. The development/production kitchen was originally created to evolve the Cods Scallops by producing its daily salads, sauces and specials. Chef Leroy Allen was brought in to manage this, however with their chef skills, knowledge and creativity, the idea of The Table was born.

Leroy and John have worked together for nearly 20 years. Leroy is well known in the city for his cooking ability and has been paramount in helping to launch this unique concept.
