My first attempt at a sour dough turned out great!! Ive used Maldon smoked sea salt and a small amount of chilli seeds in it. Bloody marvelous!!! The starter is from my very good pal Snowy. Apparently it's from Hampton Manor and is 150 years old so thats pretty cool. I think 🤔
