We have had quite a lot of our regular teams unable to come to the quiz on Wednesday ⚽️ for obvious reasons so we have changed the date to the 8th July; same time.

Everyone booked in has been rebooked for that day or an attempt has been made to contact them - if you think we’ve missed you or you would like to be added to the new list of teams please let us know. ✏️

To All at Church End Brewery
After 7 incredible years, it's time for me to say goodbye to Church End Brewery. ❤️🍻

What a journey it has been.
I want to say a heartfelt thank you to the owners for giving me the opportunity to manage such a special place, and to the brewery team for their constant support throughout the years.

Thank you to all my co-workers, past and present, who worked alongside me, laughed with me, and helped make the Tap what it is today.

To our wonderful suppliers, the fantastic bands who filled our garden with music, and the brilliant food pop-ups who brought so much flavour and variety to our events, thank you for being part of my journey.

As you all know i stepped into this role just before COVID, and navigating those uncertain times was one of the hardest challenges anyone ever faced. When restrictions were lifted, Church End Brewery embraced a new direction with private bookings, brewery tours, live music, and new events.

Over the years, I introduced many ideas and festivals which, with a little help from the British weather and support from our faithful customers, blossomed into what the Tap has become today.

My heart will always belong to that little place on Ridge Lane. It has been far far more than a job to me. It has been a community, a second home, and a place where so many special moments & memories were shared and made.

To our incredible customers, thank you. You supported me through every season, every event, every busy summer's day and every quiet winter afternoon. Your loyalty, kindness, laughter and friendship meant more than you'll ever know. I truly couldn't have done it without you.

I wish the new manager every success and happiness in their new role. I know the Tap still has many wonderful chapters ahead.

As for me, I'll be taking away seven years of memories, friendships, challenges, achievements and more than a few stories to tell.

Thank you all for believing in me, supporting me, and making these years so unforgettable.
I'm really going to miss you all. 😭❤️🍻
