Captured during the peak of the heatwave over the weekend, looking right down across the valley with Dartmoor standing beautiful in the background. The valley is looking incredibly vibrant, and full of summer life.

We are officially back open from 9am today! Pop down to enjoy the view in person—breakfast is served until 11am, followed by seasonal lunches and chilled platters from 12pm to 3pm.

The tractor is hard at work in the valley today as we keep pushing forward with installing the new trellising for our youngest vines!

To be completely honest, it’s been a rough few weeks behind the scenes—our post banger has broken down three times now, which definitely tested our patience. But Mike and Tom are chipping away at it and we are slowly getting there! Because it's a Tuesday, the kitchen is taking a well-earned rest today—but the vineyard work never stops. We can't wait to welcome you back when we re-open tomorrow morning!

Sundays were made for this. 🥂🧀

There is no better way to top off the weekend than with a glass of award-winning Devon wine poured over a table full of local goodies. Our signature Winemaker’s Platter is piled high with the absolute finest regional cheeses and charcuterie. Pair it with a chilled glass of our homegrown wine, take in the views over the valley, and just slow down for the afternoon.

We are open from 9am today, with breakfast served 9–11am and our platters and seasonal lunches flowing from 12–3pm.

The heatwave is well and truly here, but we’ve got you covered! Our terrace is fully shaded with parasols so you can stay cool and enjoy the stunning valley views. We are open from 9am, with the kitchen serving up fresh breakfasts until 11am, followed by light summer lunches from 12pm to 3pm.

Update! Our power has been restored and we will be open as usual from 12 today ✅🙌

Due to a power cut effecting our area we unfortunately will be closed for breakfast this morning. We are hoping to have our supply restored by 11am and be back open as normal from 12. We will keep you updated if anything changes and when we are back open as usual ⚡️🙌

The blue skies are out, the valley is looking absolutely spectacular, and our vines are absolutely loving this beautiful July weather. Days like today are exactly what we need to keep those grapes thriving! After a quiet Tuesday behind the scenes, the team is rested and we are back open from 9am tomorrow morning.
