Today we set ourselves a new challenge โ€” to move more every day! Thanks to a very kind donation, we now have an exercise bike for everyone to enjoy, and weโ€™re excited to start using it daily. ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช
It was a very warm afternoon, so after some cycling we cooled down by making delicious fresh fruit smoothies together. ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅญ๐ŸŒ They were the perfect refreshing treat!

Our members had the BEST time enjoying amazing tribute acts to Taylor Swift, Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley! We also loved meeting the Ghostbusters crew, adventuring with Indiana Jones, and seeing Bumblebee up close! โœจ
There was so much dancing, laughter, singing and smiles all day long. Most importantly, it was a wonderful chance to spend time with great friends and make fantastic memories together โค๏ธ
