Pierre Victoire’s summer menu has so many delights. The chef’s favourite is Salade Niçoise, a nostalgic nod to summers on the Riviera. Beautiful yellow fin tuna, served medium rare, sashimi grade! With anchovies, olives, new potatoes, boiled egg (always free-range!), haricots verts, mixed greens. Delicious, come see us before we take our holiday (last two weeks august)! Merci

Brown shrimp, more lovely than the name implies(!), with a richness that larger prawns lack - small, sweet, intense. Traditionally potted with spiced butter, we’ve opted for Piment d’Espelette ,from French Basque country. Paired with avocado mousse - minor tweaks allow the ingredients to speak (loudly) for themselves!

A glass of Muscadet sur lie would not be out of place. Not for poodle!
