Welcome to the Refresh Café, a social enterprise run by Turning Point. Turning Point Roads to Recovery is an all purpose drug and alcohol treatment service located in Oxfordshire & commissioned by Oxfordshire County Council. We are dedicated to promoting wellbeing and recovery from addiction when people feel ready to take those steps. Oxfordshire services offer a variety of treatment options; we will support those individuals to find the right treatment for them to make positive changes. The café offers an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and enables people to learn and move forward with their lives, promoting self-confidence, responsibility and a chance to interact with others staff and customers.

Come in, relax and enjoy... The most important people in the café are our volunteers who keep the wheels turning and are ready and waiting to make you a coffee and serve you a slice of cake. Whether it is just you taking a break from the day or you want to meet colleagues or clients, we can offer you a vibrant and unique seat at our tables. Currently open to the public on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s, 9am until 4pm, for coffee, teas, cakes, breakfasts, light bites and other delights

Also in the cafe on 1st and 3rd Friday of the month is the Community Afternoon Tea this is for older people (free of charge) between 2pm - 4pm.

Alternatively, we can prepare and deliver some takeaway afternoon teas to groups other services run on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays with prior arrangement. Please call Turning Point on 01865 261690 and ask for Vicki Pink alternatively email - [email protected]

Turning point will be Launching a Homeless breakfast club at the refresh cafe this coming Monday if you know anyone that would benefit from this please point them in the direction of the Refresh cafe on the dates highlighted in the poster ❤️

Out doing their thing on the frontline in the community of Oxfordshire in these difficult times making sure supplies are easy to access at different locations over Oxfordshire with the partners of Oxfordshire pulling together in this Crisis of Covid-19 and again a massive shout out to Oxfordshire turning point team on the outstanding response to the Covid-19 Crisis going above and beyond supporting the community members of Oxford what a team we have got💪🏽

Shout it from the roof tops we would like you all to come and celebrate our recovery festival with us 👌🏼

Raising awareness about drug and alcohol misuse. Turning Point are at the Community Centre today to talk with anyone that may have concerns about misuse or if you want to find out more about how Turning Point are working to support individuals and families then come and have a chat!!

Good morning peeps its been an exciting week for the refresh cafe re-opened this week vintage style if you haven't been along and your a big fan of the refresh come along and check out our new style we have an updated menu with a new touch to the cafe thanks to all the volunteers who helped with this and we are grateful for your commitments through this process always looking for more volunteers to add more energy to our cafe so if there is energy you have that you would like to share pop in and speak to sarah or mark have a lovley weekend and we hope to see you soon

During a 30-minute search more than 20 needles were found by a team in Oxford.
