👨🍳 Meet Alex - Our New Head Chef! 🦁
We’re delighted to welcome Alex to Team Lion as our new Head Chef!
A Padstow local, Alex grew up surrounded by hospitality before travelling, developing his skills, and spending several successful years cheffing in Polzeath. Now he’s back where he belongs, leading the kitchen in his hometown.
Alex is passionate about showcasing the very best local produce, with a focus on fresh Cornish seafood, exciting twists on our pub classics, and delicious Pan-Asian-inspired specials.
