Well, we’ve got exciting moos! 🐮🍦

You may well have heard us on the air this week, as we’ve been chatting all things ice cream with Gayle Lofthouse on BBC Leeds! And, we’re delighted to say we'll be naming one of our new flavours after Gayle!

Gayle’s popped over to the farm in to go behind the scenes, meet the team, get involved with the making, and of course, for the all-important taste test! We’re excited to reveal the flavour very soon, so stay tuned to our socials!

Chocolate lovers, tune in now! ✨ Another incredible maker is joining us at Market on the Farm this weekend! Let us introduce , who’ll be popping up in the barn on Sunday 12 July from 10-4, with their delicious range of artisan sweet treats. We hope to see you there!

🐮 Tell us a bit about you and your makes!
I make hand-crafted chocolates and patisserie from my kitchen in Marsden. I started my career as a pastry chef in Michelin star restaurants and chocolate shops, but it’s always been my dream to run my own business. I returned back to my home village of Marsden and started White Syke Chocolatier, and the rest is history!

🐮 What delicious treats can we expect to find on your stand?
I make lots of different products, from truffles and bars, biscuits and fudge, pralines and caramels. I make every single part of my products as I love the whole process. And I try to use local produce too.

🐮 If you just had to choose, do you have any faves?
My favourite product at the minute is the hazelnut praline bar, it’s the perfect mix of creamy chocolate, roasted nuts and a little hint of salt. And I love the crunch of the caramelised hazelnuts.

🐮 Will you be popping in for an ice cream?
I will defo be having an ice cream, I’m a sucker for mint choc chip, although I’ve had a chocolate milkshake from you before and that was so good!

🐮 What are you most excited for about being at Market on the Farm?
I’m most exited about meeting lots of lovely customers, but I do always enjoy meeting different stall holders and doing a cheeky swap for some chocolates!

One of the most deliciously yummy days in the calendar is just around the corner! It's Ice Cream Day on Sunday 19 July, and where better to celebrate with something ice cream'y of course! 🎈🐮

🍦All the artisan ice cream, made right here on-site! With twenty flavours to choose from, its a day for a double for sure! We'll have brand new flavours on the day too, so if you're after a newbie, it's the day!
🍨 Make your own stacked ice cream sundae!
🧇 Enjoy a warm homemade waffle, finished with a coupla' scoops!
🐄 Mix it up with an ice cream milkshake!
