Based in st just Cornwall. We have a unique caravan catering trailer! Half of our trailer is a hot food section! This bit is focused on selling top quality bacon rolls, burgers, sausage rolls, from local butchers
Then the other half sells homemade MOO-MAID ice cream! Which is a local company based in Cornwall! With the unique flavours and obviously the classic flavours!
•We also sell crepes and milkshakes•
We are open for hire to all events, weddings,birthday parties, fair grounds! We cover the whole of Cornwall!
Now for the important bits!
•We are fully insured for up to 1million!!
•5***** hygiene
•we have 1 separate fryer for gluten free and vegan!!
•we try and be as ECO as we can which is a big improvement to other catering trailers.
•we try and be as cost effective as possible!
•our oil is changed every 2-3days for the best tasting food, our grilled is cleaned daily and gives a thorough clean every week!!
We can also serve other foods at your request to private events!
HOW DO WE CHARGE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS??

We can charge per head of person
Or we can change the customer, and then £70-£200 on top for fuel for delivery or the trailer etc

We are also looking for someone to cook in our trailer, up to £13 per hour for the right person!
They will have to have previous experience in working in a kitchen as it will get very busy in the summer months, we have up to 30hours a week it will have to be 18+ due to insurance purposes and they will have to pass the food and hygiene course!
And in the summer months we will be looking for someone to serve the ice cream!! That can be ages 15+ and we will pay £5-£9 depending on experience etc but once trained up the wage can go up accordingly!
We will also be looking for someone to do the counter! Taking orders, bagging items, taking cash/card. And cashing up at the end of the night.
