Friday and we are open till 7.30! I just baked these Cheese Scones this morning and we have another Vegan Black Cherry Cake and more! We have cooling Salad Bowls, Toasties and Slow Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper Soup.

Our Bar Snack tonight is Turkish Pizza Breads with assorted fillings, including Vegan.

Monday. The Monday after Mazey. How are you all feeling? Top of the world?!

Anyway, back to reality! I got up this morning and made Cheese Scones and Plain Scones. We have Granny Morland's Fruit Cake and Rocky Road. I have Toasties and Our Couscous and 3 Bean Salad Bowl. No soup because there's on 24 hours in a day! Breakfast Rolls till 11.30.

Also, we are SHUT at 2 because I have a dental appointment.

Oh Golowan. Oh Mazey. Another fantastic day. Old friends and new friends. Learning I'm called 'The Pimms Lady' to the GREATEST bunch of young people from Swansea. Being told 'we love your place because it feels like home'. Family and 'customers who became friends' offering to help when we got busy. My AMAZING family and Carmen in the back making all the delicious food. My amazing staff organising me and working their socks off.
And now, on the sofa with my 'cover' over my head (yes...I'm 55 with a security blanket...) ABSOLUTELY KNACKERED...BUT IT WAS WORTH IT!
