Sooo. Trying a recipe for the first time doesn't always go to plan. It tastes DELICIOUS, however this caramel and spiced apple cheesecake needs a lil more... pizzazz. Hope this makes you laugh, it did me 🤣😭

What a line up!! My 'wee tart' range (the best kind 😉) sold out at my last market, and I'll be bringing them again this week. 🤗

It's a baking day! Today I will set the ovens going to bake my cake sponges. Tomorrow, pastries for as much freshness as possible! Most of the time, my oven and I get along just fine... until we don't 🙄. Had some fun making this even if it did take me forever 😂. See you Saturday! x

I meant to post this photo a long time ago, but I'm glad I haven't until now.

It was taken by a rather superb regular customer of mine, , on one of the last few weeks I was trading at Edinburgh Farmer's Market earlier this year. It's one of my favourite photos (ever!) and it encapsulates all of my pride and joy in founding and bringing my business dream into a reality.

Just watch this space because, after 3 months being away, she might - just might - be making a comeback x

My lovely customers... I won't be coming to the marketplace any more, as my other work commitments are taking me overseas. I'll be away for 3 months!! It's been such a pleasure meeting you all, and being able to share my love for baking with you. I'll be starting uni in Glasgow (I got in!!) in September, but hopefully I'll be able to return in time. In the meantime, stay safe and eat plenty if cake! Xx

Some new additions to the stall... tea for two, the Humphrey-Lomberg brownies stacked with white chocolate, dark chocolate and walnuts (a real mouthful) and red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Ahhh
