The finalists for the category of Best Pizza will be invited to take part in the live pizza cook off on the Wednesday 5th November at the headquarters of New Concept in Clydebank. We are delighted to welcome multi award-winning pizza chef, Emilio Giacometti, from the UK Pizza Federation and flying in from Australia, Giuseppe Santoro, President of Federazione Italiana Pizzaioli.
