We’re on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Junior Chef to join our growing team! Whether you’re just starting your culinary journey or looking to take the next step, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
We are a proud independent business based in the City Centre and we specialise in Turkish/Mediterranean food. Everything is cooked fresh to order so this is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn some fantastic skills on cooking fresh food from scratch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting head chef in food preparation and cooking
Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Helping with stock control and kitchen organization
Learning new techniques and recipes daily
Supporting with plating and presentation during service

What We’re Looking For:

A love for food and a desire to learn
Some kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team- we are a small team so strong initiative is a huge must!
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
