Fuel is a new venture for Mehdi Taheri and Becky Murphy who have worked in the catering and hospitality industry for a combined amount of 20 years. Working on a basis of 4 steps to make your meal makes it easy to

understand what it is your body needs. The ingredients we use not only make for delicious food, but also provide you with a nutritience packed meal. Pre prepared by our fantastic qualified chefs - bespoke for you, we make healthy easy. Our vision of clean, fresh, and healthy food means none of the meals are processed or contain any addatives, colours or added sugars. All being made at our Plymouth based restaurant, with produce coming from local butchers, Fishmongers and greengrocers we can guarantee none of the food has been interfered with so you can tuck in with a sound mind. Our meals are diebeities friendly and perfect for fat loss, muscle gain and a balanced lifestyle.

For those who have already entered please come and collect your backyard forms.

These will need to be returned with a 6 by 4 photo of yourself to go on our runners wall! Boots in town have a photo machine where you will be able to print these off for about a £1 if you don’t have one already.

If you don’t want to come back bring your photo with you, fill out the form and I will give you your race number

How to Enter

To secure your place, donate £40 per person via our JustGiving page. This will include your medal and finisher tshirt.

When making your donation, you MUST include:

* Your full name
* The full names of anyone else you are paying for

Once your donation has been received, you’ll need to visit us to collect a Health & Safety form.

To complete your entry, you must return:

* Your completed Health & Safety form
* One 6” x 4” portrait photograph of yourself

Once these have been received, you’ll be issued with your official race number.
