Shahban Street Food

It is with great sadness that Shahban Street Food lunch time operation will be closing from today. After a meeting yesterday with the restaurant owner we have had to make the difficult decision to stop with our lunch time food operation.

Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances for the restaurant owner the facility to use the kitchen will end this week. Whilst I cant go into the details surrounding this I can assure you that it is nothing sinister and we have enjoyed our relationship during this time.

I have thoroughly enjoyed creating a buzz around creating new and exciting food for the Pontefract area and feeding many locals and businesses alike. The combination of working with the owner and my own experience brought forward some very popular dishes and we both hope you had the chance to sample these and enjoy something a little different.

I would like to thank all my friends and business who have shown support over this year and wish you all good luck. I’m sure I’ll be back feeding you all at some point in the future.
