Lately, I've been making home made rice pudding following two different recipes.

One calls for the pudding to be baked in the oven. This was delicious and had a thick nutmeg skin on the top. Maybe it was cooked a little longer than needed as it was a thicker consistency.

Today, I've made one in the slow cooker that had a cinnamon and nutmeg skin I broke down when stirring. This was definitely the best one! Lovely and creamy. 🤩🤩😋😋😋
