A huge shoutout to our hardworking bakehouse team, who have been powering through the heatwave and still producing everything to the highest standard. Working beside hot ovens in this weather is no small challenge, but they have absolutely smashed it.
We are so incredibly grateful for the dedication, care and teamwork that goes into every loaf, pastry and treat- especially in the challenging heat! 🤍🔥

Join us at St Peter’s Church, Ashley Cross for our summer pop-up street kitchen.

In conjunction with the mini music festivals hosted at the church, we’ll be serving delicious European-inspired street food, PMB artisan breads, house-made bratwurst, slow-cooked meats, rich sauces and plenty of delicious food.

From Café de Paris Steak Baguettes, Chicken Schnitzel Rolls, Bratwurst Pretzel Rolls, Alpine Cheese Fondue and much, much more, every single dish has been created with Mark’s love and passion for European food.

For years, many of you have known Mark through artisan bread and handcrafted baking. Now, he’s bringing that same passion, craftsmanship and attention to detail to something completely new.

Introducing PMB Street Kitchen.

Inspired by Mark’s travels across Europe and the flavours that have stayed with him throughout his career, PMB Street Kitchen is all about exceptional street food made properly. Think house-made bratwurst, artisan breads baked by our team, slow-cooked meats, rich homemade sauces and European classics reimagined for long summer evenings.

From our Café de Paris Steak Baguette and Chicken Schnitzel Roll to Alpine Cheese Fondue and freshly grilled bratwurst, every dish has been carefully developed using the same philosophy that’s always been at the heart of PMB: quality ingredients, traditional techniques and food that’s worth travelling for.

There’s something rather special about bringing people together over great food, which is why we’re so excited to be hosting these summer pop-ups at St Peter’s Church in Ashley Cross.

The Engadiner Nusstorte is a traditional walnut caramel tart from the Engadine region of Switzerland, made with buttery pastry and a rich caramelised walnut filling. Sweet, nutty, golden and beautifully indulgent, it’s the kind of bake that feels simple at first glance, but is full of flavour, texture and tradition. We thought our Tour of Europe was coming to an end... but thanks to the incredible response from all of you, we’re keeping the journey going for another three weeks! ✈️🤎
Our next stop? Switzerland.
Available from today until Sunday, we’re introducing the Engadiner Nusstorte - a traditional Swiss Walnut Caramel Tart made with buttery pastry and a rich, caramelised walnut filling. It’s one of Switzerland’s most iconic desserts, and we can’t wait for you to try it.
Then, from Friday through to Sunday, we’ll be adding even more Swiss favourites to the counter:
