The last couple of days have been a little warm in the kitchen… at times it reached over 53°C! 🥵 (We stopped checking after that! 😳)

We made it through though, and we just want to say a huge thank you to all our lovely customers for your patience, understanding, kind words of encouragement, and the thoughtful gift of a cooling cloth—it was so appreciated. ❤️

The weather is looking a bit cooler tomorrow, so we’re looking forward to seeing all your lovely faces again! ☺️

Please bear with us today as our cafe is extremely hot. We have put out some additional outside seating to help make everyone a bit more comfortable.

Its Nest Box Time!!!

Here’s how it will work:
✨ If you’d like to be in with a chance to get the box, simply comment with your name on that post.
✨ On Friday evening, we’ll pop all the names into a random generator and draw one lucky winner.
✨ The winner can then collect their Nest Box between 11:30am and 1pm on Saturday.

Date for your diary…

Once again we will be holding our Summer Fete on the green by The Haymoor. We will be having lots of Community Stalls, Music, Raffle, Tombolas and games - something for everyone.

**At 12pm The Heath Wardens will give a short talk about our Heath.**
