Meet the Team – Lawrence
Lawrence has been part of the Nicholas James family since day one and is known for being reliable, professional, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Originally from Zimbabwe, he brings his infectious positivity, sense of humour, and uplifting spirit to the team every day.
A fantastic team player, Lawrence has a natural ability to boost morale and create a positive working environment. His dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic make him an invaluable member of the team.
Lawrence began his hospitality journey in South Africa, where he first discovered his passion for cooking. Inspired by his grandmother, he learned many of the skills and techniques that continue to influence his cooking today.
A proud family man, Lawrence’s favourite cuisine is Mediterranean, and when it comes to drinks, nothing beats a good South African red wine.
