Our groups are run by a wonderful team, however there are some days where we need a little extra help to keep the groups running as normal.

That may include making a tea or coffee, sitting down and talking someone through an activity, having a chat, and more.

That is where you come in, even if it is just once a week, all support is welcomed and massively appreciated, Prama have a number of volunteers that specialise in different areas, groups and shops.
