Still G.I.N. is an ultra-premium American gin created by cultural icons Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. Bottled at 42.5% ABV, it features a highly smooth, citrus-forward, and boldly botanical flavour profile with distinct notes of tangerine, jasmine, and coriander. 🐶

We need to ask for your help! Could we ask all our wonderful customers to sign this petition calling for a reduction in VAT for the hospitality sector?

Hospitality businesses operate on very tight margins and struggle to absorb 20% VAT alongside rising food, energy, and wage costs. As a sector we are facing an unprecedented combination of cost increases, driven by rising minimum wages , increased National Insurance contributions, volatile energy bills, and surging business rates. These mounting expenses have left one in five operators fearing collapse, with many reducing trading hours or cutting jobs

We believe a permanent reduction to 10% VAT, in line with the rest of Europe, would save jobs keep venues open, and strengthen high streets – it would help businesses survive and continue contributing billions to the UK economy.

This would protect local jobs, keep pubs and restaurants open, and help high streets, tourism and communities survive.

THAI CRAB RISOTTO 🦀

Another Thai x Italian fusion dish, the risotto rice is cooked down in a green curry paste and a fish broth perfumed with coriander, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. 🍚

Coren Chestnut-Fed Spare Ribs are a premium pork cut from Galicia known for their rich flavour and exceptional tenderness. Sourced from pigs fed a natural diet enriched with chestnuts. These ribs develop a subtly sweet, nutty depth that sets them apart from standard pork 🌰

The meat is beautifully marbled, so we slow cook them in our house Asian rub, then glaze them in a gochujang and soy sauce 😘

A mixture of 2 of our favourite cuisines, Spainish meets Thai. 🇪🇸🇹🇭

We get amazing Octopus from Galicia, slowly steam the octopus to make them super tender, then cook it over high heat to give it a delicious char.

We serve this with a romesco sauce, but instead of using traditional nora paste we use a fragrant red thai chilli paste. Then dress with a charred red chilli Nam Jim and chorizo sausage 🌶

Back on our lunch menu, the super healthy poke bowls, available Thursday- Monday (excluding Sunday) this bank holiday weekend 🥗

Poke bowls are essentially hawiian salad bowls served with steamed jasmine rice. We offer them with a variety of toppings, including, Ahi tuna, marinaded chicken, crispy pork belly, all served with avocado, pickled vegetables and crispy noodles. 🫜

Welsh lamb rump marinaded in a saffron, turmeric and lemon yoghurt. Served with a beetroot and mint purée, whipped feta and pickled candied beetroot 🫜
