I worked for Local Government as a finance officer for almost 30 years. When voluntary redundancy was offered I jumped at the chance in order for me to follow my passion of cake decorating. I have always been very artistic and loved making cakes for friends and family as a hobby. I am now able to follow my dreams. I have been awarded a 5 star food hygiene rating.

Delicate, hand-crafted wafer paper flowers seem to float effortlessly around each tier, bringing a sense of romance and lightness to the design.

Inspired by the amazing Karisha | Luxury Cake Artist I knew this gorgeous design would fit perfectly with the enchanting surroundings of Fairyhill: Gower Wedding Venue, and was a true joy to create for such a special day.

We had a selection of Welsh cakes, dairy milk caramel chocolate brownies, jammy dodger blondies, mini egg cookies and crispy m&m cookies. Top tier was a classic sponge with layers of vanilla buttercream and Nutella. Decorated with edible gold leaf, and finished with a handmade sugar rose and sunflower.

This gorgeous wedding was set up for Charlotte and Jake, working closely with
options acrylic cake tower displayed the items perfectly.

Still smiling after such a gorgeous day yesterday Spring Wedding Fayre.

This venue will always hold a special place in my heart (my daughter got married here đź’•), so it was extra special to be back showcasing my favourite display designs.

I had the loveliest time chatting with so many wonderful couples, thankyou to everyone who stopped by, admired my cakes, and shared your plans with me 🤍 and an even bigger thank you to those couples who have gone ahead today and reserved their dates with me. I cannot wait to work with you!
