With lots of new faces around here lately, I thought I should probably introduce myself properly. I’m Io, owner, baker, dishwasher, coffee maker and professional overthinker behind The Wee Greek Baker.
After years of chefing, baking for cafés, and borrowed kitchens, I finally opened my own wee space in Broadford and somehow turned the “one day maybe” idea into a real shop. The Wee Greek Baker is all about good coffee, comforting food, Greek influence, everything being plant based, lots of gluten free options, and making people feel welcome when they walk through the door.
