Folks we would really appreciate it if you could take the time to sign this petition to reduce VAT to 10% for hospitality.
Our industry is really struggling and this would help so many small independent businesses like ourselves.

The hospitality sector has come together to launch - a united campaign and petition calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10%.
Spearheaded by chef and publican Tom Kerridge, we're working alongside trade bodies across the sector, such as British Beer & Pub Association, the Bll, and Hospitality Ulster, hospitality communities like CODE Hospitality, and you, businesses across hospitality, to say 10% VAT is fair for hospitality.
Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.
This campaign is for everyone: businesses, customers, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff, hotel teams, farmers, brewers, suppliers and producers.

🐾 We’ve been told that we have once again been nominated for the National Pet Awards, and we are truly honoured by the recognition.
While we won’t be entering this year, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate us. Your support means the world to our team.
We were incredibly proud to win in both years that we entered, and those achievements were only possible because of our amazing customers — especially our wonderful four-legged friends and their families who visit us throughout the year.
Being a dog-friendly café has always been about creating a welcoming space for everyone, whether they walk in on two legs or four. Seeing wagging tails, happy faces, and hearing your kind words is reward enough.

What a week it’s been at Indigo during the North West 200 🏍️☕️
We’ve been absolutely blown away by the amount of 5⭐️ reviews, kind comments, and support from both locals and visitors over one of the busiest weeks of the year.
To everyone who stopped in for breakfast, coffee, lunch, or just a quick catch-up — thank you. Your patience, smiles, and amazing feedback mean the world to our whole team.
The North West 200 week is always special, but this year’s support has been incredible. We’re so proud of our staff who worked tirelessly all week to keep everyone fed, caffeinated, and looked after.
Seeing so many happy customers and glowing reviews makes all the hard work worth it 💙

What a day! Thank you so much to everyone who came to see us this NorthWest200. It was lovely to see so many returning faces and to meet so many new ones. The craic is always great, it’s our favourite week for sure.

If you were lucky enough to get a table then this wee trio would have cooked your meal and we are so proud of them, they worked their socks off and maintained our high standards the whole way through.
A big shout out to our great FOH team and our dishwashers too who kept their cool and their high standards through the busyness. ( I just didn’t get a pic of them)
We really think we are very lucky to have such a great team.
We are back tomorrow from 9.30am but stock is low so be sure to get in early!

After six long months, the wait is finally over — Erin is back from Australia! 🌏✈️

The cafe just hasn’t been the same without her steady leadership, sharp thinking, quick wit and the way she somehow keeps everything running smoothly even on the busiest days.

While we’re sure Australia treated her well, we’re even happier to have her back where she belongs.

Welcome back, Erin — you were definitely missed, and we’re all looking forward to getting back into the swing of things with you on the team again.
