23 litres of in house mushy peas being made! This is the biggest pan we can get to fit our hob. If we sell out its because it takes over 1hr to pressure cook and 45 mins to 1hr to cooling order to open the pan. Whilst they are cooling they're still cooking to give that perfect mushy texture.

We changed pans ages ago our normal one kept breaking and people were telling me the peas were like bullets. 👍 This is why we value constructive feedback! 😀

Today was a very busy day. Thank you all for coming this week. Today I've had a few issues with keeping the batter consistent and the temperature of the pans..... (we are getting an engineer out ASAP hopefully before we open next week).

My bad on the wait times today.... I completely forgot it was payday. 😞 The staff did phenomenally!

Im not saying this under duress I promise..... " Tilly is employee of the week".... (which we don't do) 😂 🤣 she wanted recognition for doing one of our busiest online order days.
