Yum yum yummmmm. Today's team enjoying their cooking. They made Paneer from scratch for Palak paneer, scrambled masala paneer as well as some paneer Tikka for a little starter.

They then each made their own version of Vegetarian Pulusu and I got to taste it all! So, so good. We made both plain rice and jeera rice to pair with the different curries.

Next Curry class is Meat & Veg Curry on Sunday 26th July.

As well as Paneer Bhurji or scrambled masala paneer, Jeera Rice and a village style veggie curry called Pulusu.
