❤️ Well… that escalated quickly! ❤️

What a day! 😅

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came to see us today. We genuinely didn’t expect quite the breakfast rush we had, and thanks to all of you, we completely sold out of breakfasts! 🍳🥓☕

To everyone who missed out, we’re so sorry. We know it’s disappointing, but as a small independent team, we prepare everything as fresh as we can each day, and today you well and truly cleared us out!

We were running on caffeine, good vibes and the determination not to let anyone down… and our amazing team absolutely smashed it. ❤️ A massive thank you to every one of them for working so hard and keeping the smiles going from start to finish.

To everyone who supported us, shared kind words and cheered us on today, thank you. It genuinely means the world to our little team.

Tomorrow we’ll be back with more eggs, more bacon, more sausages… and hopefully enough breakfasts for everyone! 😉🍳

The Granary Ranworth is looking for an experienced Barista to join our busy, friendly team.

🕒 25 hours per week
🌞 Daytime shifts only – no evenings
📅 Weekend availability is essential

As one of the busiest cafés on the Norfolk Broads, we’re looking for someone who can confidently work under pressure, produce consistently great coffee, and provide excellent customer service during busy periods.

Barista experience is essential.

☀️ HEATWAVE INCOMING! ☀️

Tomorrow's looking like another scorcher! 🥵

We'll still be serving our full menu as usual, including the "best cooked breakfast on the Broads"... your words, not ours! 😉🍳

With the toastie grills working overtime and the kitchen feeling more like the Bahamas than Norfolk, we'd just like to ask for a little patience during our busiest times.

Our team will be doing their very best to keep the food coming, even if we're all a little crisp around the edges by lunchtime! 🔥😂

☀️☔ Sunshine, showers, sunshine again... a typical Norfolk day!

Our Ranworth ducks are making the most of a break in the weather and are always happy to greet visitors to The Granary Café. 🦆❤️

With fewer “feeders” around last few days, they're not getting quite as much attention as usual, so they were delighted to see the camera come out today! 📸

🦅 Exciting news from the Broads! 🦅

A beautiful osprey chick has hatched at Ranworth Nature Reserve, marking another incredible milestone for Norfolk’s wildlife. 🌿💙

We’re so lucky to have amazing nature right on our doorstep, and it’s wonderful to see these magnificent birds thriving in the Broads once again.
