🚨 Important Notice to Parents 🚨
We want to make parents aware of some ongoing issues we’ve experienced in the shop recently.
Unfortunately, a small number of young people have been coming in and behaving in a way that is completely unacceptable — being rude to staff, causing damage to our toilets, and even underage drinking.
Earlier today, a large group came in and one individual deliberately urinated all over the toilet, floor, and wall, and then broke our soap dispenser. This level of behaviour is extremely disrespectful and will not be tolerated.
We are a family-friendly business and work hard to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone. Our staff should never have to deal with situations like this.
As a result, we are now putting the following measures in place:
* Toilet access will be restricted and kept locked
* Young people will not be permitted to sit in the shop without a responsible adult present
We kindly ask parents to speak with their children about respecting local businesses, staff, and shared spaces.
We appreciate the support from the vast majority of our customers who are always respectful 💖
