Over the Bank Holiday weekend we had the privilege of catering for a cheerful, elegant wedding at The York Club in Windsor Great Park.

Menu options for the day included smoked salmon or pressed ham hock starters, our popular blade of beef main course, churros for dessert, and ended with delicious pasties to fuel the evening’s dance moves!

A big thank you to WA Carr & Son for partnering with us and supplying the cutlery for the day, and of course to the bride and groom for allowing us to be part of your special celebration. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together! ✨

A beautiful summer lunch served in the garden 🌿

Our fork buffet menu featured roast chicken with lime and Dijon mustard, paired with a vibrant mango salsa, alongside poached salmon with a fresh watercress sauce.

Guests also enjoyed a selection of colourful salads, including Asian slaw, Greek salad, and fragrant basmati rice with caramelised onions and cashew nuts.

To finish, we served indulgent chocolate mousse and a fresh fruit pavlova - the perfect sweet ending to a relaxed summer gathering.

As they say, variety is the spice of life and we have a main meal for every occasion. Choose 1, 2, all 3, or more for your next event! Here we have our:

1) Root veg tagine, with lemon and coriander wild basmati rice, pomegranate Moroccan salsa, and naan bread.

2) Chicken stuffed with pea and oregano, on a green risotto, with cherry tomatoes.

3) Seared salmon wrapped in filo with mango salsa and grilled asparagus.

We’ve found that vegan and vegetarian meals have become increasingly popular choices. More and more guests are being conscious of the amount of meat they consume for reasons ranging from health concerns, environmental sustainability, variety available, and cost.

We offer scrumptious vegan and vegetarian options for you to choose from for your next event. Here we have our Sautéed gnocchi, chestnut mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, baby spinach and basil. How delightful are the colours on this plate?
