The New Forest Pantry is a relaxed, friendly café looking for a Café Assistant / Barista to join our team for around 20 hours per week.

We’re a chilled-out café for most of the year, with things getting a bit busier over the summer months, so we’re after someone who’s easygoing but happy to muck in when needed.

The role includes:

- Making coffee and hot drinks
- Serving customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Taking orders and handling the till
- Keeping the café clean, calm, and running smoothly
- Helping out during busier summer periods

About you:

Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
Comfortable working in a relaxed environment
A team player with a positive attitude
Café or hospitality experience is great, but not essential — full training provided

What we offer:

Around 20 hours week shift
A laid-back, supportive working environment
Staff discounts
More hours are potentially available during summer
