Hi everyone I just wanted to write a little update on the cafe as we were also unaware of the situation that has taken place this week. I started off with a simple idea of a coffee and cake shop and within a week we were doing savoury food and the rest is history! The love we received from the local community is something I will be forever grateful for. This village has a really strong sense of community spirit and it’s been wonderful to see. I am grateful for all our amazing customers who have actually now become good friends. Although our time was cut short I’m still thankful for everything we achieved in this short period. Mamma’s was always in a vulnerable position as we were not the owners and not in loop with everything behind the scenes. I will miss serving all you wonderful people and miss seeing friendly faces everyday. My sincere thanks to everyone who showed support outside the cafe this week and everyone that’s offered me help. Whatever happens I’m grateful to be part of an amazing village ❤️
