🎉 Rainbow Funfetti Birthday Cake Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars

Super fun, sprinkle-packed birthday cake cheesecake layered with soft funfetti cookie dough — the happiest no-bake party treat that screams celebration!

Ingredients (makes 8–10 bars)

🍪 1 package Pillsbury Funfetti Cookie Dough (or classic + extra sprinkles)
🧀 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
🍬 ½ cup powdered sugar
🥄 1 tsp vanilla extract + ½ tsp almond extract (cake flavor)
🍨 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
🌈 ¾ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
🍫 ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

1️⃣ Press half the funfetti cookie dough into the bottom of a parchment-lined loaf pan.

2️⃣ Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla & almond extract until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip and rainbow sprinkles.

3️⃣ Spread cheesecake layer over cookie dough, top with remaining dough slices, then sprinkle generously with extra rainbow sprinkles & white chocolate chips.

4️⃣ Chill 4+ hours or overnight. Slice & party on! 🥳

🥜🍫 Reese’s Peanut Butter Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients:
• 1 package Oreo cookies
• 1 tub Philadelphia no-bake cheesecake filling
• ½ cup creamy peanut butter 🥜
• 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
• Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate for drizzle

Quick Instructions:

1. Mix cheesecake filling with peanut butter until smooth.

2. Place Oreos on a baking sheet and pipe filling on top.

3. Top with chopped Reese’s and chocolate drizzle.

4. Chill 30 mins.
