Following feedback from our previous character events, we’ve made some exciting changes to ensure everyone has the best possible experience.

✨ Lower ticket prices – now just £14.95
✨ Reduced child numbers at every session
✨ More space to play, meet Chase & Marshall, and enjoy your visit without overcrowding.

Important: Each ticket includes 1 child and 1 adult only.

To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, please do not bring additional adults without booking them in advance. Unfortunately, any unbooked additional adults will be unable to enter the event as we will be strictly adhering to our capacity limits.

Thank you for helping us create a safer, more enjoyable experience for all our little visitors. 💚
