👨‍🍳 It's one of our favourite events of the year! Thanks for everyone who's spent time with our team at the Skills for Chefs Conference so far today. It's been lovely meeting everyone - we're making new connections and enjoying catching up with old friends, customers and suppliers alike!

It's the finals of the UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year at Skills for Chefs today and we're pleased to see that Maddie Bate, who was on the winning team last year and now works at the Ritz Restaurant, is joining the judging panel.

As a previous winner of the competition, this is a great way of connecting the competition with talent. The competition is kindly supported by and the Mocktail Challenge is supported by Pago Premium Fruit Juice 🍹

Talented front and back of house teams will compete today and we wish the best of luck to:
