My eldest girl turned 25 yesterday! Yes I know….i don’t look old enough!😂😂 We celebrated with this lovely Lambeth style cake, chocolate sponge inside. I’ve spent a long time tweaking and perfecting my chocolate cake recipe and I think it’s now perfect.
