Hidden on the edge of Happy Valley, Holly Hut is a quiet retreat designed for switching off. Black charred larch on the outside. Warm timber, soft textures and expansive views within.

Wake with the woodland. Coffee in hand. Morning light stretching across the lakes while deer move silently through the trees.

Breakfast is served in The Garden Bar at the main house. Fresh juices, kombucha cocktails and seasonal dishes made with local ingredients. Smoked salmon with herb crème fraîche. Welsh rarebit with a fried egg. Cultured yoghurt with meadow honey, granola and berry compote. Unhurried food for slow mornings.

Walk the woodland paths, read a book, immersed in nature.

A slower rhythm. Longer days. Summer, as it should be.
