A Note From Our Owner 🩷
An Open Letter to Our Customers
Three weeks ago, we opened the doors of Vaarista Finedon.
As the owner, I honestly didn't know what to expect. You spend months planning, investing, worrying and hoping that people will support what you're trying to build. What has happened since then has exceeded anything I could have imagined.
The welcome we have received from Finedon and the surrounding communities has been incredible. Whether you've visited once, become a regular already, recommended us to friends, shared a post, left a review or simply stopped by for a coffee and a chat, thank you.
The support has been overwhelming in the very best way.
With that success has also come some challenges. Many of you will have experienced the queues at busy times, particularly on weekends and during peak periods. Whilst the vast majority of feedback has been extremely positive, I've also received comments from customers who felt service could have been quicker or more organised.
Firstly, thank you for that feedback.
The queues we've experienced are a problem we're delighted to have, but a problem we're determined to solve.
As the owner, that responsibility sits with me. My team work incredibly hard every day and I am immensely proud of them. The challenge now is not effort, it's refining our systems so we can serve more customers quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the quality that has helped make us successful.
Over the past three weeks I've been studying every aspect of our operation, listening to customer feedback and working with the team to identify improvements. We are already introducing new procedures and ways of working that will help us communicate better, improve workflow and reduce waiting times during our busiest periods.
Will we get everything perfect overnight? Probably not.
Will we continue to improve every single week? Absolutely.
What I can promise is that we will never become complacent. We will continue listening, learning and investing in the business to make your experience better every time you visit.
Thank you for your patience, your encouragement and your support during these first few weeks. It means more than you know.
We're incredibly proud to be part of the Finedon community, and we're only just getting started.
Thank you for supporting local.
