The Cobbles Tea Room Set in the heart of the ancient Cinque Port of Rye,The Cobbles Tea Room was opened in 1953 by two sisters, Doris and Iris Rouse.

They served guests in the front room of their quaint little cottage while they cared for their father in the back room. Their lagacy survives over 70 years. Today, we continue to serve home baked cakes and scones, real coffee, loose leaf tea in a unique picturesque, and a traditional setting. The Cobbles Tea Room serves light lunches and afternoon teas all day every day.

A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our fabulous customers. We've enjoyed your visits and serving you as our guests throughout the year. Our thanks, as ever, for your support of our little tea room. It is much appreciated.

We are closed: 24th-26th December
Re-open: 27th December - 2nd January

We are then closed for a Winter break: 3rd January - 16th January. Re-open Friday 17th January 2025.

We hope you enjoy the festivities with your friends and families and look forward to seeing you again soon.
