As the moorland fire near Dovestone enters its fifth day, we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone working tirelessly on the front line.

We're proud to be supporting the teams from Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service, Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service, United Utilities, Greater Manchester Police, the RSPB and the many other agencies involved, helping to keep them fed and hydrated while they carry out their work.

A special thank you also to our drivers notably, Ange who has been on site throughout the week serving the crews. You're a diamond - thank you!

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the fire.

Huge congratulations to Jonathan on his promotion to Sales Manager at our Durham depot! 👏

Jonathan has done an outstanding job on our Middlesbrough route and will be hugely missed by his customers.

From a perfectly presented truck to outstanding sales and first class customer service, he’s been a fantastic ambassador for 2U Food every single day.

Most importantly he’s an all round great guy and we couldn’t be happier to have him leading our Durham sales team.

We’ve been lucky to have Tanya as part of our Rainford depot team for the past 8 years.

A few reminders for Saturday:

🔴 Arrive from 11am at the band stand at Victoria Park, St Helens, WA10.
🟡 The fun will start at 11.45pm with a light warm-up and then we will set off at 12pm. Once you have completed the course and passed over the finishing line you will receive your well-earned Colour Run Medal.
🟣 If you have any sponsorship forms and cash, you can hand these to the Fundraising Team.
🟢 If you’re travelling by car, please remember to bring something to protect your seats in your vehicle, to avoid staining from the powder!
🟠 On the day, we will have a limited stock of plain white Willowbrook t-shirts and a selection of colourful sunglasses for you to purchase if you wish to. Payment can be made in cash or card.
