With an abundance of octopus in St Ives Bay this season, our chefs are making the most of this exceptional local catch.

The octopus is steamed gently for three and a half hours before being finished in the oven, the octopus becomes beautifully tender while retaining its delicate flavour.

It’s official, Jellycat has arrived at Carbis Bay Estate!

Visit our Deli on the Promenade to browse our collection of sea-themed Jellycats, much-loved classic characters and quirky Amuseables. Whether you’re treating someone special or taking home a little reminder of your time by the sea, there’s a Jellycat waiting to be adored.

Our Deli is open daily from 8:30am–5pm, so pop in and explore the collection during your next visit to the estate.

Please note that we’re unable to reserve stock or create wish lists as our collection changes regularly.

Sun seekers should head to the Beach Club, where V***e Clicquot Official is bringing the sunshine all summer long.

Set against the backdrop of Carbis Bay Beach, the Beach Club has been transformed with V***e Clicquot’s signature summer style. Throughout the season, guests can enjoy V***e Clicquot Yellow Label or Rosé by the glass or bottle at a special price, best paired with The Sun Burger, a smashed beef burger with bacon, cheese and Tabasco mayonnaise, served with skinny fries and a parmesan and rocket salad.

The Beach Club is open daily from 10am, food service begins at 12 noon. We are dog friendly.
